virus falsehood

There are many ways to look at the character and behavior of Indonesian society. Movies and drama series are one of them. If movies and drama series we are more contained scenes of lies, while the audience was happy and enjoying it, means we live in a society lovers falsehood. Or even ourselves are part of the falsehood. Acute disease virus has spread falsehood everywhere.
Falsehood and lies into the nature of life in almost all parts. The number of terrible accidents on the means of mass transportation in recent years is the product of falsehood. Airplane, ships, trains, buses, public transportation and other transportation means a lot that are not roadworthy. But the agencies that have the authority not bother with that problem. Feasibility nonetheless permit is issued. Feasibility permit false, of course. Countries experiencing impotence and unable to protect society from the decaying system and means of transportation. The state also impotent in other fields.
Modern lifestyles, economic growth, even religious behavior was shown of falsehood. In the political sphere, the falseness occur more craze again. Making Law, Government Regulation, to the Regulation is an example of how falsehood has been penetrated at the elite level, which leads to the further degradation of public life.
In the shadow we as ordinary people, UU, PP  or public policy Regulation is made under ideal norms for the benefit of society. Policy makers assumed are those who have personality and orientation are always dedicated to the people. In reality it is not. Law, PP, and the like is a product of the game and fight the economic interests of political elites. Legislation more made based on the interests and needs of the manufacturer. Not for the welfare of the people.
The emergence of the issue and lubricants Rp. 2.5 M of the Association Council to pave the article 'rapelan' in the preparation of PP 37/2006 is actually not surprising. So far, the legislative process is always loaded with accusations of selling articles. Communities have long known that the price or cost of the adoption of an article in the Law could reach millions of dollars for the legislators. That is, the cost of making laws in the creation, discussion until ratification could reach tens of billions of dollars. Uncertainty the process of drafting and discussion of the bill Privileges DIY for years, it could be, also caused by the strong support for the draft budget.
Large cost in the manufacture of the Act indicates two important things. First, policy makers assume that lawmaking is a project that can be manipulated to reap financial gain, either for personal or political group. Second, because the emphasis is more on the orientation of the lawmaking financial gain, attention to the substance of the matter and the needs of society as a subject that is set is not regarded as important.
Is wrong to imagine that those who are at the center of power (executive and legislative) are those that matter to people. Also wrong if the area hope that the officials in Jakarta are all those who are always thinking and working to promote the area. Although working in the Department or Directorate in charge of the area, they do not even fully understand the various issues in the area. Moreover, think and act to promote the area.
Legislators in the center mostly just busy with the issues that are likely to bring benefits for themselves during the five years of his tenure, or bring long term benefits to the party. Some friends of members of Parliament complaining about colleagues in general. Good for systemic reasons or because of the limitations of the individual. Most members of the House are not working for the people. They are busy with their own affairs.

How should we address these problems? Surely we agree that the virus falsity must be eradicated completely. But, where to begin? There is no easy solution for the short term. Strengthening of political consciousness of the people to be one important aspect. If our politicians in the legislature did not side with the people, so do not select party solution. What about those who sit as officials in government departments? We only hope that the president (and the competent and dedicated staff at all levels) could soon realize its promise to be more firm in administration and management of public services.
